The appointment with the prestigious Memorial Morena returns, with the participation of the Italian Swimming Federation, further enriching the Genoa 2024 schedule.
The Memorial Morena is an international swimming meeting that the A.S.D. Sportiva Sturla has been organizing since 1969 on a typically biennial basis. Throughout its history, this event has achieved notoriety and recognition thanks to the great technical level of the participants and has seen young and promising athletes compete against each other, often later becoming champions. The 36th edition, which dates back to the last pre-pandemic year, 2019, saw the participation of over 800 athletes from the biginners and youth categories. The 37th edition will be extended to the Junior and Cadet categories.
The competition takes place at the "La Sciorba" sports facility and will be spread over three intense days, renewing the tradition of excellence in the Genoese and international sporting scene and promoting the spirit of competition and fair play between young talents from different parts of the world .
