Some call it the "May Festival", others a "Great Pink Thread" that stitches the whole country together. On 8th May 2024 Genova will host the start of the fifth stage of the "Giro d'Italia 2024". A great opportunity to see the strongest and most acclaimed riders on the international cycling scene parade through the city streets, competing to write their name on the "Trofeo Senza Fine" which rewards the winner of the Final General Classification.
The fifth stage will have its finish line in Lucca after having faced 176 km of route with the Bracco Pass and the Montemagno climb at the end..
